The mantra Samprati Hum सम्प्रति हूँ means “my awareness in the present moment is my true nature.” or "My true self is wide awake."

As Deepak Chopra says, "This recognition helps us accept that everything we experience in the present moment is a reflection of our true self.
By being grateful now in the present moment we realize that we feel truly alive. We can appreciate the joy of simply being here."

I've recorded 4 versions of Samprati Hum with different lengths (6, 12, 16, and 22 minutes) .You can choose which suits you in the moment you find yourself in now!

I invite you to find a comfortable place to sit and take a moment to breath slowly and deeply then, as you meditate, either sing with me Samprati Hum or silently repeat Samprati Hum.
