I've recorded 4 versions of Om Hoom Namah with different lengths (5, 10 15, and 20 minutes) .You can choose which suits you!

I invite you to find a comfortable place to sit and take a moment to breath slowly and deeply then either sing with the mantra or mentally just repeat the mantra as you meditate.
